While we’re all for serving a container of Arbo’s Original Cheese Dip on its own, if you want to take things up a notch, try this popular skillet queso recipe. Made in a cast iron skillet and served warm with chips, it’s the perfect addition to your appetizer roster.
INGREDIENTS
Items needed: Cast Iron Skillet
16 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 C milk
1 container Arbo’s Original Cheese Dip
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp lime juice
1 12 oz can chili (no beans)
Cut the Velveeta cheese into small squares.
Combine Velveeta and milk in a skillet over medium heat.
Once melted, add Arbo’s Cheese Dip.
Add the spices and lime juice. Stir well.
Add the chili, stirring until everything is well combined and melted.
Serve immediately with chips.
