If your family loves taco night as much as ours do, then you need to try this steak taco recipe. Featuring flavorful skirt steak and Arbo’s Queso Blanco, you can prep this taco filling up to a day in advance for quick and easy cooking.
INGREDIENTS
Items needed: Skillet or Saucepan
1 1/2 lbs. skirt steak
1/2 C fresh cilantro
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp oregano
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 container Arbo’s Queso Blanco
12 flour tortillas
Cut steak into bite-sized pieces.
Place steak bites inside a gallon-sized bag with cilantro, garlic, lime, red onion, soy sauce and seasonings.
Marinate steak for 2-4 hours.
Pour bag into skillet and cook over medium-high heat.
Pour 2-3 tbsp of Arbo’s Queso Blanco into each tortilla.
Place steak in tortilla and add your favorite toppings.
